About CRACK-X

As with many small family-owned businesses, the CRACK-X^TM story is one of change. In 1985 Mr. Wayne Fortier, after many years as a successful remodeling contractor, incorporated a foundation repair business as Poxy-Crete of N.E., Inc., specializing in the concrete injection welding of concrete cracks and similar problems. Business grew steadily with Poxy-Crete of N.E., Inc. primarily servicing builders, contractors, and occasionally homeowners.

During this period, consumers constantly asked why this service was not made available to them. To answer that need, Mr. & Mrs. Fortier developed the name CRACK-XTM and, after a short period of test marketing, saw its enormous potential in the marketplace. Our instincts proved correct (we had the name trademarked in 1994), and since then the CRACK-XTM brand has become synonymous with quality, reasonably priced foundation crack repairs throughout the entire New England area. More recently, we changed our corporate name, Poxy-Crete, Inc. to New England Waterproofing, Inc. to better reflect our services. We have also moved to new offices to better service our customers! The CRACK-XTM brand name remains.
